EngageNY and Eureka Math are essentially the same curriculum. Why do they have different names?
In 2007, a group of teachers started a non-profit company called Great Minds in order to advocate for liberal arts and sciences in education. They began designing curriculum with an English Language Arts curriculum based on the CCSS. In 2012, the group won three contracts from the New York State Education Department to create a K-12 Math curriculum. That work led to EngageNY/Eureka Math. New York State uses (and shares) the EngageNY curriculum. Great Minds shares (and provides training for) the same curriculum under the name Eureka Math.
Whether you download the materials from engageny.com or greatminds.net, you have free access to this math curriculum.
